Which trades does Copperline support?
HVAC, electrical, and plumbing — every plan supports all of them. Pricing is based on user count, not trade, so a single-trade shop and a full MEP shop pay the same at each tier.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who logs in. Customers using the portal are free and unlimited.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time; we prorate automatically.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month, cancel any time from Settings.
What happens after my trial?
You pick a plan or your account pauses. We don't auto-charge without a plan selection.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Export everything to CSV any time from Settings → Data Export.
